Job Description

Align HR strategies, system and people with the overall corporate strategy of oirganisation.


Acts as coach to respective units in taking responsibility for employee development.


Generate all HR reports that have relation with organization goals and objectives.


Take charge of design Job Description and skill set requirement for all employees.


Management of counselor Job Description  unit level, between employees to foster feedback and commitment to organization goals.


Manage the payroll and the payroll system for VMMCL staff and endure prompt payments of salaries.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 2 years in a strategic/similar position.


A good first degree in any management science/social science related professional qualification e.g CIPM,NIM, (if required) will be an added advantage.
