Tasks
* Own and execute ARC Intelligence's go to market strategy.
* Generate and manage pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals, partnerships, and founder led initiatives

* Win and expand relationships with mid market customers.
* Build relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and executive decision makers.
* Conduct customer interviews and gather market intelligence to refine positioning and messaging.
* Work closely with founders on pricing, packaging, market segmentation, and international expansion strategy.
* Identify and validate new market opportunities, particularly in the UK and US.
* Develop scalable GTM processes, playbooks, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
* Establish the foundations for future sales, growth, and customer success teams.
* Recruit and lead future GTM hires as the company scales.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, AI, FinTech, ERP, or related technology sectors.
* Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals.
* Experience selling to mid market customers and managing longer sales cycles.
* Strong understanding of modern go to market strategies and revenue operations.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build rather than maintain.
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast moving startup environments.
* Highly analytical, structured, and execution focused.
* Excited by the challenge of expanding a European software company into global markets.
* Passion for AI, automation, and the future of enterprise software.
* Fluency in German and English.
