Now we’re building the growth system that takes us from fast growth to market leader. This is a builder role. You will design, implement, and iterate on Remi’s acquisition engine from first principles.
The workDesign and own our full acquisition system across Meta, Google, and new channels.
Build and maintain clean attribution and tracking.
Run structured experiments across creative, channels, and landing pages.
Translate data into decisions, not decks.
Flex beyond acquisition channels into brand building and brand attribution.
30 days: You’ve cleaned up tracking, cut wasted spend, and launched your first experiments.
90 days: You’ve scaled spend efficiently and proven at least one new growth lever.
1 year: Remi has a predictable growth engine and clear expansion playbooks.
Who you areA Technical Operator: You aren't afraid of the code. You can debug a tracking pixel, and configure GTM without waiting for a developer.
A Scientific Tester: You don't guess, you test. You treat marketing as a series of structured experiments and know how to distinguish signal from noise in the data.
A Scrappy Builder: You enjoy being close to the work and are always learning new tools (AI, strategies, etc.) to find a competitive advantage.
You want to stay at the strategy layer.
You’ve never owned attribution or experimentation directly.
