We’re building a world-class go-to-market team and looking for a Head of Growth to own and scale our customer acquisition engine.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to add fuel to the fire of a fast-growing startup, and do both strategy + execution.
You’ll own the growth engine end-to-end (acquisition → activation → retention) and work directly with the CEO and GTM team to turn Chatbase into the category leader.
What you'll do
Scale inbound demand and build a repeatable system for experimentation + measurement
Partner with GTM to increase pipeline quality
Collaborate with product + engineering to ship growth features
Hire and manage growth functions as channels mature (SEO, lifecycle, paid, content)
You are
5+ years in growth / marketing / GTM roles (B2B SaaS)
Experienced owning growth metrics and scaling acquisition channels
Highly analytical and data-driven
