About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to own and operate enhesa.com, our newly rebuilt website (built in Webflow). This is a high-ownership role at the centre of how Enhesa turns website visitors into pipeline: you’ll be responsible for conversion rate optimisation, ongoing site improvements, the web development roadmap, and building out intent-based triggers that respond to how visitors actually behave.
This is a senior, strategic hire, with some channel-execution: you’ll set the direction for the website and growth program, and be trusted to make the calls on where to focus. It suits someone with strong B2B SaaS experience who brings forward-thinking ideas and can back them up with proven execution and delivery, not just strategy decks. You should be comfortable thinking in behavioural cohorts: understanding how different visitor and customer segments behave, and using that understanding to design growth loops. For example, using trial or signup cohort behaviour to trigger the next best content offer, or sending an appropriate lead magnet from tracked intent signals. Above all, we’re looking for a collaborative, organised operator who can run multiple workstreams at once without losing sight of the details.
What Success Looks Like
Illustrative goals for the first 6–12 months (exact targets to be agreed with leadership):
- A measurable improvement in on-site conversion rate, driven by a consistent CRO experimentation framework
- A growing share of pipeline / MQLs sourced directly from the website
- A predictable, well-prioritised web development roadmap
Key Projects You’ll Drive
Beyond day-to-day ownership of the site, you’ll help bring the following to life:
- Intent-based triggers that surface the right message at the right moment
- Strap banners for timely, targeted on-site messaging
- Landing page improvements to lift on-site conversion
- Account-based personalisation for our priority target accounts
- Experimentation with new ways to engage site visitors including AI-powered window or navigation
- Bringing lead magnets to life, from concept through to on-site execution
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Website, CRO & Development
- Own day-to-day website management, updates, and content publishing in Webflow
- Drive conversion rate optimisation across the site through testing, analytics, and heatmap/behavioural data
- Work with the team to build and optimise landing pages, solution pages, and campaign pages to support demand generation
- Own and prioritise the web development schedule, coordinating fixes and enhancements with development resources
- Design and implement intent-based triggers and on-site personalisation (role-based, industry-based, and account-based journeys)
- Collaborate with design on page layouts, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility standards
- Monitor site performance, page speed, and technical health
Growth Loops & Lifecycle
- Build a working understanding of key visitor and customer cohorts, and use that understanding to design growth loops that drive compounding traffic and conversion
- Support persona-led nurture programs and lifecycle campaign development in HubSpot
- Contribute to lead magnet strategy and execution, from idea to gated (or ungated) asset
Channel Strategy & Oversight
- Set direction for organic search strategy in partnership with the content team, and monitor performance to spot opportunities and risks early
- Direct paid search and social investment (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn) alongside our performance marketing agency, with a focus on funnel efficiency over channel-by-channel tactics
- Oversee email and lifecycle marketing in HubSpot, ensuring nurture programs support the wider growth strategy
Reporting & Strategy
- Pull and structure performance reports across web, paid, organic, and email channels
- Bring data-informed recommendations to weekly standups, monthly reporting, and quarterly OKR reviews
- Contribute to strategic planning for the website and growth roadmap
