We do this by acquiring property managers across Germany and rebuilding them as technology companies. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (m/f/d) who will directly report to our VP Property Management. In this pivotal role, you will design the growth engine driving all of property managers. In your first 90 days, you'll be hands-on across paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and local activations. By the end of your first 180 days, you'll have a repeatable playbook. After a year, you'll have a team scaling your playbook across Germany.

• Build the local growth motion. Most of our property managers grow solely through word of mouth at the moment and thus, very slowly. You'll change that.

• Build the growth playbook from zero. There's no existing channel mix, no attribution stack, no agency relationships you're inheriting. You'll decide what we run, where we spend, and how we measure and you'll have it live within your first 30 days.

• Partner with portco MDs on conversion. Generating leads is half the job. The other half is working with our local heads in Hamburg, Magdeburg, Berlin, to make sure those leads turn into signed property management contracts.

• Report directly to the VP Property Management and to the Leadership Team. You'll present growth numbers in our weekly business reviews.

• Speak fluent German (C2). Our portcos operate locally, and our customers are German homeowners.

• Are based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg

• You've got deep performance marketing expertise. You've had a budget, run the campaigns, and can tell us the numbers you moved.

• Think commercially. You can take reasonable business decisions on your own and can be trusted to manage 6-figure ad spends per month.
