Head of Growth (Financial Research)

Most roles require you to fight for every click on a cold audience that doesn't care.

Bravos Research is a leading financial media company. We have:

• 75M+ views on YouTube
• High-ticket subscriptions
• Zero ad spend. We have never run a single ad

We are looking for a Head of Growth to build our paid acquisition engine from scratch and optimize our entire subscriber funnel. You will be the first senior marketing hire.

At Bravos Research we provide actionable investment research to individual investors and financial advisors. We cover everything from stocks and bonds to crypto and commodities. We are a fully remote, high-performance team.

Your goal is to turn our massive organic viewership into clients.

1. Build the paid engine: Launch our first retargeting campaigns on YouTube and Google. You will define the strategy, write the hooks, and manage the execution.
2. Fix the funnel: You will overhaul our landing pages and email sequences to increase conversion rates.
3. Own the numbers: You will implement proper tracking so we know exactly which dollar leads to which sale.
4. Lead new initiatives: We are constantly evolving. You will take ownership of new projects and growth channels.

• You are "Full Stack": You don't just click buttons in Ads Manager. You understand copywriting, landing pages, and offer strategy.
• You understand markets: You know the difference between "Technical Analysis" and "Macro" You understand why an investor buys Gold vs. Bitcoin.
• You are scrappy: We are a lean team. You are willing to write the email, set up the automations, and crop a video ad yourself if needed.

• You want a 9–5. We’re a fast-moving, high-growth company and require an "all-in" mentality
• You take feedback personally. We challenge ideas, pivot quickly, and expect to adapt quickly
• You struggle under pressure. This role is high stakes, high expectations, and rapid execution

• 5+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth
• Proven track record marketing Info Products, Subscriptions, or Education
• Deep knowledge of YouTube
• Fluent English
