Job Description

We are looking a Head of Group FP&A to join our team and play a key role in building a world class FP&A function, supporting the business to scale effectively and turn insights to actions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building a world-class group budgeting, forecasting and analysis process and team to ensure the Board and Senior Leadership Team understand business performance and opportunities
  • Board reporting, including support in writing board packs and giving the board and C-suite insight into business performance
  • Strategic commercial analysis and insight on behalf of the Board
  • Ownership and iteration of the group financial model
  • Using tools such as think-cell to drive reporting improvements/automation
  • Working with the HR function on resource planning as the business scales
  • Working closely with the IR team to prepare investor decks and information
  • Leading and developing a team initially of two

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have direct experience of working in a world class group FP&A process and a passion for creating this
  • Be agile and thrive in a changing and ambiguous environment
  • Promote a problem-solving mindset both inside and outside Finance
  • Have exceptional stakeholder management experience
  • Help decision making on capital allocation across a group
  • Have a transformational mindset and be able to demonstrate direct experience of transforming Finance organisations at pace
  • Be experienced in working in a tech or B2B industry ideally in a listed business
  • Have an accountancy qualification with at least 8 years’ post qualified experience, with a minimum of six year of this gained in industry
  • Be able to demonstrate commerciality and business partnering
