Job Description
We are looking a Head of Group FP&A to join our team and play a key role in building a world class FP&A function, supporting the business to scale effectively and turn insights to actions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building a world-class group budgeting, forecasting and analysis process and team to ensure the Board and Senior Leadership Team understand business performance and opportunities
- Board reporting, including support in writing board packs and giving the board and C-suite insight into business performance
- Strategic commercial analysis and insight on behalf of the Board
- Ownership and iteration of the group financial model
- Using tools such as think-cell to drive reporting improvements/automation
- Working with the HR function on resource planning as the business scales
- Working closely with the IR team to prepare investor decks and information
- Leading and developing a team initially of two
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have direct experience of working in a world class group FP&A process and a passion for creating this
- Be agile and thrive in a changing and ambiguous environment
- Promote a problem-solving mindset both inside and outside Finance
- Have exceptional stakeholder management experience
- Help decision making on capital allocation across a group
- Have a transformational mindset and be able to demonstrate direct experience of transforming Finance organisations at pace
- Be experienced in working in a tech or B2B industry ideally in a listed business
- Have an accountancy qualification with at least 8 years’ post qualified experience, with a minimum of six year of this gained in industry
- Be able to demonstrate commerciality and business partnering
