    Job Description

    As the Head of Global Marketing at Wolf Oil Corporation, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company's global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Global Sales & Marketing Director, you will oversee a dynamic team consisting of a Communications Manager, a Brand & Partnerships Manager, and an Events & Hospitality Specialist. Additionally, you will provide guidance and direction to subordinate roles within the team, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and values.

     

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to promote our lubricants brands across various markets and channels.
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives. This includes close collaboration with our regional marketing team to ensure alignment and synergy across all levels.
    • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including digital assets, promotional materials, and content marketing campaigns.
    • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
    • Drive brand positioning and differentiation through targeted brand partnerships and collaborations, leveraging your experience in building premium brands and motorsport partnerships.
    • An innovator with a creative mindset, explore new avenues and approaches in digital marketing to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data analytics to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
    • Represent Wolf Oil Corporation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand presence and foster networking opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Higher degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on global marketing strategy development and execution.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated strategic view, able to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals and market trends.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector and B-to-B-to-C distribution channels preferred.
    • Experienced in building premium brands and implementing strategies to enhance brand value.
    • Experienced with motorsport partnerships, leveraging relationships to drive brand visibility and engagement.
    • Experienced in digital marketing.
    • Experienced in CSR communication.
    • Experience in the lubricants industry or related sectors is a plus.
    • Innovator and creative mindset, with a track record of implementing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Ability to travel internationally as needed – 20%.
