What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement long-term product, commercial and operational strategies for the Casino and Arcade verticals aligned with Betr’s overall product and revenue goals
- Define roadmap priorities across game formats, monetization models, seasonal initiatives, and platform integrations
- Oversee and manage the selection, integration, and development of proprietary and third-party casino and arcade-style games
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including player engagement, retention, and operational efficiency
- Own and manage the verticals product and operations ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scalability
- Collaborate with Betr Media to develop social or influencer integrated gaming experiences
- Ensure compliance with sweepstakes, social gaming, and applicable gaming regulations
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing gaming operations team
- Build and manage a gaming operations team
About You:
- 7+ years of experience in gaming, with senior leadership exposure across both product and business domains
- Strong understanding of mobile/social gaming dynamics, monetization, and player behaviors
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and successfully launching or scaling consumer games
- Strong financial acumen and comfort owning a P&L
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset to drive strategy
- Familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks for sweepstakes, social gaming, and responsible play

- A passionate sports or gaming fan with a track record of building engaging products
- Experience launching and scaling social casino, sweepstakes, or arcade games
- Experience launching games in the U.S or UK in a regulated or unregulated sweepstakes or skill-based gaming market
- Prior experience working in mobile-first gaming
