Dealflow is a next-generation invoicing platform for online entrepreneurs that helps them send and pay invoices in one place with lower payment fees, real-time credit and workflow automation.

Tasks
🔎 What we're looking for in general

🎯 Responsibilities
Finance and FinOps
1. Weekly / monthly accounting, payroll and annual audits
2. Financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and fundraising support
3. Pay close attention to our PnL and help optimise the margins
4. Maintain our treasury with rigor and obsession over detail
5. Manual payouts to customers and manual debt collection
6. General FinOps
7. Customer support
Compliance and risk management
1. Stay on top of all relevant compliance requirements
2. Monitor all transactions for potential risks through Jarvis, our company AI.
3. Form our first line of defence against fraud
4. Work hand in hand with our compliance expert
Credit
1. Establish and maintain our credit line
2. Take ownership of our credit scoring algorithms
3. Ensure that we hit our default rate targets.
4. Stay on top of all relevant topics
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as an operator in a ScaleUp. Bonus points for:
* Exposure to FinTech (+++)
* Exposure to fundraising
* Exposure to international payments
* Exposure to credit and SMB lending
* Exposure to accounting
3+ years of experience in the following data modelling tools
* Python, SQL, Excel
* Bonus points for exposure to tools like Metabase, ETL-tools similar to Weld, etc.
* Bonus exposure to data pipelines
3+ years of relevant experience from top tier IB, management consulting or a high growth startup environment
Relevant, tier 1 Bachelor / Master program required. We make an individual assessment for each case on what relevant tier 1 means. We do also make exceptions here in rare cases.

We care about dialogue. In many cases, we might learn more about you from the questions you ask us, than we do from the questions we ask you.
Our steps:

2. Technical challenge.
3. Final interview with Seb (1h)
4. Reference call with 3 of your (former) colleagues. At the same time you'll get to talk to one of our investors and one of our advisors. There you can ask any question you like.
