Location: We prioritise candidates who are based in Dubai then consider those working remotely in one of our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain or Germany).
The Head of Finance is the accountable leader for the company’s entire operational finance function, with ultimate responsibility for all finance matters relating to the Dubai headquarters and oversight of global entity execution.
Dubai serves as the company’s primary operating hub, and the Head of Finance holds full accountability for Dubai finance operations, including banking, tax compliance, accounting execution, and regulatory relationships.
Reporting to the CFO, this role ensures disciplined financial execution across the organisation, enabling the CFO to focus on capital allocation, revenue generation, treasury strategy, and investor relations.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance leadership roles
- Dubai-based onsite in DIFC
- CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
- Deep expertise in IFRS/GAAP and multi-entity financial reporting
- Strong background in operational finance and control environments
- Proven experience managing audits and regulatory compliance
- Experience designing and enforcing approval and procurement governance frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership of finance teams in international environments
- Strong operational judgment and escalation discipline
- High attention to detail with ability to operate both tactically and strategically
- University degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or digital-asset-focused environments
- Exposure to multi-jurisdiction tax structures (UAE, BVI, Cayman)
- Experience implementing ERP or finance system upgrades
- Familiarity with DAO or decentralised governance frameworks
