Once upon a time, our Conversion Rate Optimization team did such a good job optimizing our web that they started to play and experiment with our products and features. Now they’re nicknamed the Experimentation team, and they dedicate their time to finding how any new feature could improve our user experience.
This team is filled with curious, detail-oriented puzzle builders who love to observe and learn from various data. Their goal is to create a culture of experimentation throughout the company so that all employees understand the value and benefits of experimenting. And now they are looking for new pair of hands and brains to help them outsmart the competition!
If you want to:
- Develop and implement a clear experimentation and optimization strategy that aligns with business objectives, including establishing frameworks for designing, executing, and analyzing experiments;
- Lead and manage experimentation programs across marketing, product, and other departments while fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation throughout the organization;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for experimentation, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to conduct experiments effectively;
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of experimentation specialists, enhancing their skills and expertise in optimization;
- Communicate complex data insights and strategies to stakeholders, influencing senior leadership and gaining cross-team buy-in for experimentation initiatives;
- Set up processes for the efficient execution, analysis, and implementation of experiment findings.
And you can check off:
- Deep understanding of experimentation, CRO principles, and statistical methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing;
- Experience building and driving large-scale experimentation programs and CRO platforms;
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to align experimentation with business goals;
