Job Description- Synchronize the functional workstreams (O2C, R2R, P2P), MDM, and Reporting teams into a unified strategy that supports company-wide KPIs
- Serve as the primary bridge between executive leadership and functional teams to ensure investments are directed toward high-impact areas
- Standardize the "Shared Responsibilities" framework across all teams, ensuring consistent sprint management, UAT excellence, and developer coordination
- Lead and develop functional expert teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high-performance execution
- Oversee the SAP environment’s health, ensuring it remains robust, compliant, and ready for future upgrades or migrations (e.g., "Clean Core" initiatives)
- 10+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, with significant experience in the "Run" and "Optimize" phases of the software lifecycle
- Deep understanding of end-to-end integration across O2C, R2R, and P2P, with the ability to resolve friction points where modules intersect
- Proven ability to maintain a standard SAP environment while managing enhancements and patches without compromising scalability
- Experience managing multi-domain roadmaps, balancing routine maintenance and compliance with business innovation
- Strategic partner to Finance and Accounting; able to translate complex accounting requirements into technical SAP solutions
- Experience in Agile or DevOps frameworks, focusing on continuous product improvement rather than static project delivery
- Proven track record of leading Functional Product Managers, MDM experts, and Data Analysts to maintain a "single source of truth"
