Job Duties and Responsibilities
As Head of Enterprise Product Operations, you will be accountable for continuously monitoring product performance metrics, proactively identifying and escalating technical issues, and driving the definition and implementation of product enhancements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and operational teams to ensure seamless product delivery, scalability, and performance optimization. This role demands a highly experienced professional with a deep technical background in telecommunications, product lifecycle management, and operational excellence, capable of managing complex system integrations and ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of operations managers, and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customer support teams to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for product improvement initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, product management, marketing, sales, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment and synergy across departments
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for telecom products, conducting regular reviews, audits, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics for telecom products, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the product operations team, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in telecom product management, operations management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of telecommunications technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex telecom product lifecycle projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to make data-driven decisions and drive business results
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and telecom-specific tools and software applications (e.g., OSS/BSS systems, network management software) is advantageous


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
