We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Enterprise Analytics to lead our analytics strategy, architecture, data engineering, business intelligence, and data privacy initiatives. This role will shape how data is collected, managed, and leveraged to drive insight, innovation, and business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute the organization’s data and analytics vision, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Build a product roadmap and mission for centralizing data-based systems, analytics, and real-time business observability
  • Inspire data driven decision making across all business units - Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Product, Trust & Safety, and People.
  • Create strategic data products for portfolio-level investment decisions, recommender systems, identity and integrity, and many others
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high performing team of data engineers, analysts, product managers, and architects.
  • Drive innovation and learning in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics and AI/ML
  • Data Platform & Engineering
  • Lead the migration and modernization of data infrastructure (On Prem SQL Server to AWS Cloud or Databricks), improving scalability, reducing costs, and centralizing access.
  • Oversee data architecture and pipelines to ensure accuracy, compliance (GAAP, SOX), and performance.
  • Maintain best practices for real time and batch data processing, governance, and cloud operations.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to users’ privacy across the data ecosystem.
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Guide delivery of advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions — including fraud detection, churn prediction, and customer retention models — to improve engagement and business growth.
  • Lead cross functional analytics initiatives that provide actionable insights to executives and teams using tools like Power BI and QuickSight.
  • Drive marketing, product, and financial analytics programs that directly influence company strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with cross functional leaders to prioritize projects and balance competing needs through agile planning.
  • Translate high level business requirements into clear data initiatives and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for data related questions, ensuring timely, accurate responses and effective prioritization.

We could be a match if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading large scale data platform transformations
  • Expertise in modern data technologies and tools (AWS data stack, Databricks, Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau, Airflow, SQL, Python, and DBT).
  • Strong track record of building and developing high performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, compliance standards, and analytics best practices.
