What would I do?
  • Own engineering. Own the end-to-end management and scaling of the engineering organization, focusing heavily on recruitment, mentorship, and retention of top talent.

  • Build culture. Drive a culture of transparency and accountability through clear goal-setting, performance management, and professional growth initiatives.

  • Maximize velocity. Implement engineering best practices to optimize productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

  • Exceed timelines. Track and drive engineering initiatives, ensuring timelines and goals are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Collaborate. Work with the CTO to maintain technical excellence, reviewing and contributing directly to the codebase.
