About the roleWe’re looking for a Head of Engineering to build Findies’ AI-native engineering function. You were a strong engineer who moved into leadership — you will set the architecture and technical direction for our agent-driven systems, make the hard technical calls, and hire and grow the team as engineering scales from a few ICs into a larger org. You stay technically current enough to evaluate and direct cutting-edge agent work.
What you'll be doing- Own engineering architecture and technical direction for Findies’ AI-native stack — the agent-driven systems that run core business processes.
- Hire, build, and grow the engineering team: set standards and raise the bar as the team scales.
- Make the hard technical calls and review critical architecture; stay current enough to direct cutting-edge agent / LLMs work.
- Establish engineering standards — code review, deployment, QA / agent-success-rate tracking — making quality repeatable.
- Partner with the Product and Marketing Teams and the CEO to translate business goals into scalable, agent-driven systems.
- Strong engineering background — you were an excellent backend / fullstack engineer before moving into leadership.
- Proven engineering leadership — you’ve built and scaled engineering teams, hired A-players, set standards, and addressed underperformance.
- Real, current depth in AI-native systems — agent frameworks, LLM-driven workflows in production, hands-on familiarity with LLM tools.
- Track record of systems delivered end-to-end (idea → production) with high ownership.
- Builder mindset who operates without fully-defined requirements.
- Strong communication and the ability to partner with the CEO and non-technical stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

- Proven engineering leadership with experience in building and scaling teams
- Depth in AI-native systems and hands-on familiarity with LLM tools
- Experience in delivering systems end-to-end
- Strong communication skills to partner with non-technical stakeholders
