Your Role:
To lead the teams responsible for Fund NAV calculations including the oversight of NAV related activities performed by Third Party Administration (TPA) Companies appointed by Invesco to administer the Onshore range of ICVC and other U.K. and the Cross Border Dublin and Luxembourg ranges (SICAV, ILF, ETF etc.)
What you will be doing:
NAV Oversight
Manage the controls and oversight of the valuations and related Fund Accounting services provided by the TPAs in adherence with the agreed Service Level Agreements, effective control environment exists on behalf of the Invesco Management companies and excellent service levels are maintained across both UK, Ireland and Luxembourg Fund Valuation teams.
Ensuring an effective control environment exists on behalf of the Invesco Management companies and excellent service levels are maintained by monitoring KPI’s, conducting service reviews and due diligence sessions.
Breach Reporting and Root Cause Analysis:
To analyse, investigate, interpret and sign-off on the cause of breaches and errors, including but not limited to ensuring that risks are mitigated to prevent a reoccurrence and adherence to Invesco’s framework for error management is achieved.
Regulatory Oversight & Reporting
Keep up to date with relevant regulatory and industry developments including active participation in industry or peer groups and ensure Fund NAV activities are performed in adherence with regulatory and industry best practice.
Contribute to and ensure implementation of other relevant business, regulatory and product development changes
Chair, attend and provide reports/updates to Board and Committee meetings as required.
Product Implementation Events.
Responsible for oversight and management of the team responsible for the implementation of product development initiatives for the Invesco range of funds within the fund administration function
People Management, Culture & Innovation
Lead and motivate a team of direct reports including on-going development and performance management to create a best-in-class team.
Identify and lead Fund Admin activities to improve efficiencies and service levels.
Contribute to the wider office management team when required, including liaising cross functionally and contribution to local management committees and support of the EMEA Head of Fund Services.
Support to the Global Head of Fund Accounting and Tax
Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles.
Relationship Management
Manage relationships with internal stake holders, TPAs and other service providers to ensure excellent service is maintained.
Work with and contribute to the wider Global Fund Administration on common objectives, including input into local management team planning.
Engagement with Fund Auditors on key issues and events.
What you will bring:
Experienced Financial Services professional at a Management Company or at a Third-Party Provider with NAV Oversight experience.

Awareness of risk management and escalation.
Knowledge and experience of delivering fund lifecycle events.
Detailed knowledge of all aspects of Fund NAV and Share Class Price calculations including hedging and hedging share classes. You can do Technical!
Knowledge of Alternative Type Products including Bank Loan Funds, Real Estate Funds and Real Estate Fund of Funds.
Understanding of the swing pricing mechanism and how the process is derived and achieved into production.
Good understanding of fund accounting systems and financial vendors such as Bloomberg, ICE.
Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel
University degree (or equivalent qualification) is preferred
Seasoned communicator with experience of presenting at Board meetings and to senior stakeholders/leaders.
