We are partnering with a fast-growing international fintech and online trading organisation seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead its global performance strategy from Limassol.
This is a senior, data-driven leadership role responsible for scaling high-quality lead generation and client acquisition across multiple regions. The successful candidate will own the global digital marketing strategy, driving measurable growth through advanced analytics, multi-channel performance marketing, and attribution excellence.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable commercial outcomes while leading cross-functional collaboration across product, compliance, and regional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the end-to-end global digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, SEO, and retargeting
Plan, execute, and optimise high-performance campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and programmatic networks
Build and scale an integrated lead generation framework using audience segmentation, funnel optimisation, and advanced analytics
Translate commercial objectives into measurable digital strategies aligned with revenue targets
Champion a data-first marketing culture by integrating digital analytics with business intelligence tools
Design and manage multi-touch attribution models in collaboration with IT and analytics teams
Drive global campaign performance with a strong focus on ROI, scalability, and sustainable growth
Manage and optimise large media budgets with clear pipeline impact
Oversee external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and performance delivery
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product/IT, Compliance, Country Managers, and regional marketing teams
Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing, including at least 2 years leading end-to-end paid media strategies
Proven track record of data-led lead generation within financial services, fintech, or FX trading environments
Strong expertise in multi-channel attribution, funnel analytics, and media mix modelling
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
Demonstrated ability to manage substantial media budgets with measurable ROI impact
Analytical, growth-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness
