We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital to join our team and represent our agency at the client's office. As the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. You will serve as the main point of contact between the client and our agency team, ensuring clear communication, understanding of client requirements, and seamless project delivery. You will work hand in hand with the client's CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and our agency team, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the client's CEO and with different stakeholders on the client’s end to understand their business objectives, marketing goals, and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and proactively address issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with the client and agency team to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and exceed client satisfaction.
  • Track project performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to the client and agency leadership.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and innovation in project management practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Will and ability to work in an intense work environment, extra hours, and weekends when needed.
  • Proven experience as a Head of Digital in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

This position requires extra hours and work on the weekends from time to time and the ability to travel to different destinations with the CEO when needed.
