Job Summary:

In this dynamic role, you will contribute to a small, highly motivated team, actively leading a team of designers and steering projects to successful completion. Your expertise will define product strategy and create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape, assuming ownership of end-to-end design projects and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation. With a self-starting attitude and great leadership skills, you will be at the forefront of tackling complex problems and driving innovation. Embracing UX flows and UI design, you'll contribute to Ketryx's commitment to reinventing how medical device manufacturers bring life-saving innovations to market. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week on-site in Vienna. Ideally you will be currently located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to support non-EU citizens for the position at this time.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of industry experience (or equivalent) with strong understanding of UX flows
- Prior experience with Figma or similar tools
- Prior experience with designing web apps
- Ability to quickly demonstrate product knowledge
- Ability to think through complex interaction design
Ideal Skills:
- Prior experience with React
- Prior experience with Next.js and GraphQL
- Prior experience with AWS or other cloud technologies
- Prior experience with AI, particularly large language models
- Prior experience in a regulated industry
- Degree in design or user experience
Compensation:
For Austrian employees, we are offering an attractive compensation package. The anticipated gross annual salary starts at €105,000 plus performance-based bonus and will be adjusted according to your qualifications and experience.
