Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.

- Experience operating data functions at millions-of-customers scale in subscription, consumer, or high-volume product businesses with measurable business impact.
- Strong technical background across data engineering and analytics, including building and working with data pipelines and hands-on analytical work.
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and growing high-performing data teams and turning individual contributors into a cohesive function.
- Experience owning and building data quality practices, checks, and standards to ensure trustworthy data.
- Ability to prioritize under resource constraints and balance quick wins with long-term governance and infrastructure.
