We are looking for a Head of Data Performance to lead product analytics and drive revenue-impacting insights across the entire user journey. This is a high-impact role where your data expertise will directly shape product, growth, and monetization strategies. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and CTO to own KPIs, identify performance bottlenecks, and continuously improve LTV, retention, and conversion through precision-driven recommendations.
Role is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
KPI Ownership & Dashboarding
- Build and maintain dashboards for core metrics:
- Churn
- LTV by segment
- Retention curves (D1–D30)
- Cohort behavior
- Whale segmentation
- Token economy performance
- Monitor micro-dropoffs across:
- Chat flows
- AI interactions
- Content unlocks
- Fanclub activity
- Onboarding and paywall steps
Root-Cause Analysis & Optimization
- Identify where and why users churn
- Pinpoint segments with low engagement or monetization
- Highlight friction points in funnels and pricing flows
- Recommend changes to increase retention, LTV, conversion, and reduce churn
Automation & Alerts
- Build weekly performance reports
- Tag churn-risk users
- Track whale activity and spend tier movement
- Build predictive signals for user drop-off
Experimentation & Testing
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests
- Deliver clear reports with actionable next steps
- Continuously test and iterate on monetization and user flows
Requirements:
- 3–7 years in B2C data analytics, ideally within: gaming, subscription-based apps, social platforms, adult tech
- Experience with large-scale data environments
- Expert-level SQL, deep experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker
- Skilled in cohort analysis, LTV forecasting, retention modeling, behavioral segmentation
- Strong understanding of monetization funnels and optimization
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-driven
- Ability to identify issues before they escalate
- Deep product intuition and user behavior insight
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
- Knowledge of Russian will be a plus
