The Culture & People Experience Project Manager plays a key role in shaping and strengthening the employee experience and organizational culture across the L-Acoustics Group.
As a highly visible individual contributor, this role partners closely with HR and business leaders to design, deploy, and drive culture, engagement, and transformation initiatives that reinforce belonging, elevate the employee experience, and embed the ONE L-ACOUSTICS MINDSET across all regions and functions.
This position is ideal for a proactive and driven professional who combines strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for organizational transformation.
Key responsibilities:
Culture & Values – Global Framework:
- Support the development and deployment of the Group's cultural principles, values, and behaviors across all regions.
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to integrate culture into People processes, communications, leadership practices, and employee experiences.
- Coordinate and drive culture-related initiatives, ensuring consistency across the organization while adapting to local needs and realities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of culture programs and recommend continuous improvements.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Design and lead employee experience initiatives across key moments of the employee lifecycle.
- Lead global listening activities, including engagement surveys, workshops, and qualitative feedback sessions.
- Analyze employee insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations and measurable improvement plans.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to enhance engagement, strengthen belonging, and improve the overall employee experience.
- Develop impactful communication plans and content to maximize participation, understanding, and adoption of initiatives.
Transformation & Change:
- Contribute to strategic transformation projects, including global growth initiatives, new industrial sites, organizational evolution, and new ways of working.
- Design and coordinate change management activities that support employee adoption and sustainable behavioral change.
- Create communication, engagement, and readiness plans to support transformation journeys.
- Equip leaders and teams with tools, messages, and best practices to navigate change successfully.
- Track project progress, measure impact, and ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
What you will need to be successful:
- Master's degree from a Business School, accredited university, or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in Project Management, Culture & Engagement, Change Management, HR Transformation, or a related field.
- Experience gained in a consulting environment and/or within an international organization is highly valued.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong interest in organizational culture, employee experience, and transformational initiatives.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- High level of autonomy, adaptability, resilience, and a strong bias for action.
- Demonstrated energy, drive, and execution focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional proficiency in French and English is required.
