The Global Head of Culture and Belonging will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a vibrant organizational culture that aligns with Lucid Motors' mission, values, and strategic goals. This role will focus on fostering a respectful, positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment that enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The Global Head of Culture and Belonging will work closely with leadership and employees at all levels to embed cultural values and practices throughout the organization.

You Will:

1. Cultural Transformation and Cultivation:

  • Design and execute strategies to drive culture transformation
  • Align cultural initiatives with business objectives and organizational values
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment across all levels of the organization

2. Leadership and Guidance:

  • Serve as a culture champion and advisor to senior leadership on cultural issues and initiatives
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders in embedding cultural values and practices

3. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Programs:

  • Develop and oversee programs that promote cultural integration, diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Ensure DEI practices are integrated into all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement DEI training and development programs

4. Creating a Culture of Respect:

  • Promote and sustain a culture of respect and mutual understanding within the organization
  • Implement initiatives and policies that encourage respectful interactions and behaviors among employees
  • Address and resolve issues related to disrespectful behavior promptly and effectively

5. Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Branding:

  • Lead and drive company EVP and employer branding programs with a positive impact
  • Promote Lucid Motors as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives

6. Culture Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and programs through qualitative and quantitative metrics
  • Report on culture-related KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to leadership

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, a related field, or relative experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field, with a strong focus on culture and employee engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully building and delivering diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility programs and activities
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture, DEI practices, and their impact on business performance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage complex change initiatives
