We're looking for a Head of CRM to lead our CRM Marketing team based in Sydney.

The Head of CRM is responsible for driving and optimising the end-to-end player lifecycle through the execution of data-driven marketing strategies to maximise activation, engagement, retention, re-activation and high-value player engagement. This role is accountable for leading the CRM team to utilise cutting edge technology to shape personalised experiences at scale, in strong partnership with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work alongside the VP of Customer Engagement to develop a contact strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and player retention spanning the entire player lifecycle. 
  • Influence strategy and decision-making in relation to lifecycle marketing across the organisation.
  • Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging data science, advanced analytics and deep customer insights to identify growth opportunities, optimise performance across diverse channels and make informed decisions that enhance player value and ROI.
  • Map lifecycle touch points and develop engagement and retention plans adaptable to product evolution and business priorities.
  • Work in conjunction with the Customer Operations Manager to optimise the efficiency and accuracy of the CRM team’s operations by establishing operational objectives, policies, procedures and work plans.
  • Develop a tooling & systems roadmap alongside the Customer Operations & MarTech teams to deliver a suite of customer engagement tools on par with current industry-leading technologies
  • Ensure player marketing meets privacy and regulatory standards and drive the adoption of marketing best practices.
  • Build and develop a high-performing lifecycle marketing team, setting clear objectives, mentoring and supporting career growth.
  • Develop coaching and mentoring skills of CRM leaders, ensuring they effectively manage and develop their team members.

What you will bring to the role:

  • At least 10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing with at least 5 years of experience leading teams.
  • Social gaming experience is highly desirable. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading a large, globally distributed team.
  • Demonstrated experience developing complex campaigns utilising industry-leading marketing technology platforms, at an enterprise level.
  • Deep expertise with marketing automation, analytics and segmentation tools at enterprise scale - Braze experience is a plus!
  • Outstanding project management, stakeholder partnership, communication and leadership capabilities.
