The Role

The Head of Creator Marketing will build and execute the playbook for how our high-profile creator partners engage and convert their audience into product users.


We’re looking for someone who has effectively scaled and monetized personal brands in a social-first way, with deep understanding of how to:

  1. Build Content Systems: repeatable, consistent output across multiple platforms on a weekly basis.
  2. Optimize per Platform: you understand Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and LinkedIn on an incredibly native level.
  3. Grow Audiences: you have a clear track record of taking a personal brand into the millions of followers.
  4. Monetize Attention: You have experience driving audience and engagement into digital and physical product purchases (book, courses, events, communities, CPG, etc.)

You’ll work hands-on with world-class experts to help build marketing campaigns, create content and distribution plans across their channels. This role is equal parts strategy and execution.

What You Will Do
  • build and execute the playbook for how our high-profile creator partners drive meaningful engagement and product trials. 
  • Build and scale a high-volume content creation systems across social platforms.
  • Lead CRM strategy across email, SMS, and lifecycle touchpoints to deepen trust and drive subscription growth.
  • Develop and execute launch strategies that feel culturally relevant, human, and aligned with expert integrity.
  • Use data to inform decisions while maintaining strong taste and intuition around brand, narrative, and emotional resonance.


Need to Have

  • Be a high integrity, team player.
  • 4–8 years building and monetizing high-profile creators’ personal brands.
  • Deep, lived-in understanding of the online creator ecosystem — platforms, content, trends, and economics.
  • Proven experience driving growth or monetization (subscriptions, paywalls, funnels, conversion optimization, LTV).
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
  • High bias for action — you move fast, test often, and learn in public.
  • Excellent judgment around brand, trust, and audience relationships.
  • Ability to operate independently in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.


Nice to Have

  • Experience growing a consumer mobile product, especially in wellness, mental health, coaching, learning, or habit formation.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products or curiosity about AI as a tool for human development.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
