About the role:- Profile - Senior Manager-Content
- Role - Full-time

- Work hours - Mon to Fri / Day Shift
Craft value-driven blog titles that prioritize clarity, curiosity, and reader engagement over keyword stuffing.
Focus on writing compelling, human-centric headlines instead of relying solely on SEO keywords.
Ensure clean and reader-friendly content formatting — avoiding overuse of bold text and maintaining a clear visual hierarchy.
Use visuals intentionally — incorporate relevant, high-quality images or GIFs that support and enhance the blog narrative.
Should be able to seamlessly integrate SocialPilot product features into content in a contextual and natural manner, avoiding random or forced mentions.
Collaborate with the product and SEO teams to align content goals with business objectives while maintaining editorial quality.
- Leading a team of content writers, editors, SEO professionals & other marketers, ensuring that they are able to achieve their KPI’s and upskilling them constantly
- 5+ years of managerial experience in Content development
- Prior experience in heading content marketing channels in the B2B/ SaaS setup in the international markets (preferably for Small & Mid size businesses)
- Own end-to-end content production — from strategy and topic creation to publishing and performance analysis.
- Craft value-driven, compelling blog titles and headlines — avoiding generic or keyword-stuffed approaches.
- Format content for clarity and reader engagement — ensuring proper use of headings, spacing, and avoiding overuse of bold or images.
- Ensure relevant, contextual incorporation of product features (e.g., SocialPilot) instead of promotional dumping.
- Plan and implement logical internal linking strategies using contextual, reader-friendly anchors.
- Audit and improve older content to align with EEAT principles — ensuring content is expert-led, trustworthy, and insightful.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to create helpful, accurate, and educational content (blog, email, landing pages, help docs).
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and editorial style across all platforms.
- Monitor content performance and iterate based on data.
