Role & Responsibilities:

1. Creative Direction & Brand Leadership

  • Collaborate directly with David Lecko to define and evolve the creative direction, voice, and brand vision across all platforms
  • Lead high-level concepting and ideation for content that aligns with David’s priorities, workload, and evolving
  • Establish David Lecko as a leading voice in the lead generation and business landscape through elevated storytelling

2. Content Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the content calendar across all platforms (YouTube, Instagram), ensuring daily output with cohesive brand tone and impactful storytelling
  • Lead weekly planning and performance meetings to assess creative strategy, adjust content direction, and ensure team alignment.
  • Develop platform-specific strategies that drive growth, visibility, and lead generation.

3. Production & Publishing Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end content production: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and post-performance analysis.
  • Establish and enforce efficient content production systems for David Lecko
  • Ensure all team members follow new systems and workflows, reducing friction and increasing execution speed.

4. Team & Talent Management

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable all members of the personal brand team, including long-form editors, short-form editors, videographers, copywriters, and operations support.
  • Define individual KPIs for each team member and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with vision and quality standards
  • Oversee hiring and firing decisions for media team members, ensuring a high-performing and creatively aligned team

5. Content Performance & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report weekly on content performance across platforms, with actionable insights and next steps.
  • Use data to continuously optimize content formats, posting cadence, and storytelling approaches.

6. Internal Leadership & Communication

  • Own the cadence of internal team meetings: running key meetings, delegating others, and ensuring productive communication loops.
  • Build a culture of creative excellence, speed, and innovation within the content team.
  • Serve as David’s right-hand partner in building and scaling a high-output content machine.

7. Execution & Hands-On Support

  • Be actively involved in day-to-day creative execution in the early stages, not just oversight.
  • Participate in shoots, brainstorms, and critical feedback cycles as needed to ensure content hits the highest level of quality and resonance.
