Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Head of Community to lead and expand Libre’s community presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the Web3 and RWA (Real World Assets) space, understands institutional adoption trends, and has a proven track record of successfully building and scaling engaged blockchain communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Design and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Telegram, and others.
• Organize and host virtual events including AMAs, panel discussions, and webinars.
• Launch and oversee ambassador programs to incentivize and recognize community contributors.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure community messaging reflects the evolving product roadmap.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment by enforcing community guidelines and moderating discussions.
• Represent Libre at industry events and maintain strong relationships across the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Coordinate with external agencies and campaign managers to execute marketing initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in community management, social media, or growth marketing—preferably within blockchain, crypto, or fintech sectors.
• Crypto-native mindset with hands-on experience in Web3 community dynamics.
• Demonstrated success growing and managing large, active communities across platforms like Telegram and X.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in moderating online discussions and ensuring compliance with community standards.
• Strong analytical mindset, with familiarity using community analytics tools to inform strategy and measure impact.
