Summary: As the Head of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in leading key retailer accounts across Europe. This role will help execute the regional strategy, driving sustainable & profitable growth whilst leading a high performing commercial team. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for delivering revenue growth, driving operational excellence, building exceptional client relationships, ensuring strong strategic alignment across functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and build retailer strategy across key accounts, grounded in category thinking and brand priorities, spanning both brick and mortar and .com.
- Lead the execution of agreed commercial plans across the region, continuously reviewing performance and adjusting strategy to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
- Own and deliver against core commercial KPIs, including net sales, market share and forecasting accuracy, with clear accountability for results.
- Champion a customer centric approach across the commercial team, building trusted, senior-level retailer relationships and expanding networks providing them with reliable, timely support and being known as the go-to partner for Huda Beauty
- Lead, develop and performance manage a team of three, with two direct reports. Fostering a high-performing culture.
- Animate and align a strong multifunctional organisation internally and externally, partnering closely with trade marketing, supply chain, finance, visual merchandising, marketing, and digital teams.
- Monitor, and clearly communicate account and regional performance, risks, and opportunities to key internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Effectively manage trade spend and promotional budgets to optimize ROI and positively influence P&L performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience. Beauty experience is essential, Cosmetics experience is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making abilities
- Builds strong relationships externally and internally
- Strong time management and organizational skills
