Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Change Management to lead our transformation initiatives and financial and internal operations strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of organizational changes and robust financial management. 

Key Responsibilities

Change Management 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support organizational goals and transformation projects. 

• Lead and oversee key change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts, assess readiness, and mitigate risks. 

• Design and deliver change communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization. 

• Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success and adoption of change initiatives. 

• Foster a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, and resilience within the organization. 

• Smooth Integration and Transformation of possible M&A opportunities 

• Cohesive relationship with Internal Comms 

Leadership and Collaboration 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of change management and financial operations professionals. 

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth. 

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. 

• Represent the organization in financial and operational matters with partners, regulators, and other external entities. 

Qualifications

What You Bring 

• Proven experience in change management and financial operations, ideally in a leadership role. 

• Strong knowledge of financial processes, controls, and regulatory requirements. 

• A track record of successfully managing large-scale transformation initiatives. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights. 

• Proficiency in financial systems, tools, and technologies.
