Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Campaign Operations to lead our campaign management team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the campaign operations team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop innovative campaign strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within digital marketing and campaign operations, influencer marketing experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing or influencer marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Able to work within US timezone is MUST.
