Leading a multidisciplinary team of project managers, transformation leads and business analysts, you will own the identification, prioritisation, and delivery of an enterprise-wide portfolio of transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value through improved efficiency, enhanced customer and employee experiences, and organisational scalability.

This role is fundamental in positioning the business at the forefront of the SaaS industry within the education sector. By evolving our operating model, embedding best practices, and leveraging technology, AI, and data-driven decision making, you will help build a lean, highly efficient, and scalable organisation capable of sustaining long-term growth, accelerating value creation, and delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and employees alike.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of technology, automation, AI, and data-driven practices to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
  • Develop and embed streamlined processes and ways of working that enable a lean, highly efficient, and scalable SaaS organisation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across the organisation.

Transformation & Business Change Portfolio

  • Own and deliver an enterprise-wide portfolio of transformation initiatives aligned to strategic and commercial priorities.
  • Drive the prioritisation of change investment, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-value opportunities and outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify, shape, and deliver business change that enables growth, operational effectiveness, and organisational performance.
  • Establish governance, performance measures, and visibility across the transformation portfolio to ensure successful delivery and value realisation.

Acquisition Integration (as required)

  • Lead the operational integration of acquired businesses when acquisitions occur.
  • Support post-acquisition planning and value realisation activities to maximise business and customer benefits.
  • Align operating models, processes, systems, and governance frameworks to successfully deliver integration objectives.

  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery, business transformation, and change management methodologies.
  • Expertise in portfolio management, governance, and business process optimisation.

  • You use evidence to change your own mind, visibly.
  • You make decisions when consensus is not available and hold them under challenge.
  • You communicate the same message consistently to a squad and to an executive.
  • You delegate real authority and resist taking delivery back when it gets difficult.

What do you get in return?

  • 25 days annual leave rising to 30

  • State of the art offices
  • Access to a range of benefits via My Benefits World
