We’re looking for a Head of Business & Product Growth – a forward-thinking leader who can bridge product strategy, commerce expansion, and innovation. You’ll drive product adoption, launch new growth initiatives, and lead AI/ML-driven projects that keep us ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Do- Define and execute a product growth strategy across global markets.
- Own the commerce strategy: from new product monetization to partnerships and go-to-market execution.
- Identify and validate new opportunities in payments, AI, and data-driven products.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to align business growth with product development.
- Drive innovation programs: pilot ML/AI initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate them into commercial impact.
- Establish metrics, OKRs, and growth frameworks to measure success.
- Represent product vision to stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Growth, or Innovation (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce).
- Strong understanding of digital payments, commerce ecosystems, or B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record of scaling products or launching new revenue streams.
- AI/ML literacy: familiarity with practical applications of machine learning and emerging AI tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability.
- Fluency in English; Russian (B2+)
- Experience in global expansion and partnerships.
- Exposure to Visa/Mastercard ecosystems or payment providers.
- Background in data science, product innovation labs, or commerce strategy.
