Head of Business Operations (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Set up and lead a central business operations function covering project management, operational steering, and controlling.
• Partner closely with MDs and leads to define, track, and evaluate top initiatives across Product, UA, Monetization, Tech.
• Ensure company-wide alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected business impact of ongoing initiatives.
• Build and maintain lightweight dashboards and tools that create visibility without killing speed.
• Identify bottlenecks, distractions, or low-impact work - and help teams cut or pivot fast.
• Facilitate quarterly planning and bet-setting rituals (e.g. Top 3 Bets, Kill Sessions, Weekly Ops Reviews).Drive a culture of ownership, speed, and ROI thinking through clarity and enablement - not bureaucracy.

Who you are:

• Strong experience in startup operations, strategy, or PMO-type roles (ideally 3+ years).
• Previous experience in mobile gaming is a strong plus
• Ability to translate chaos into clarity - and complexity into simple systems.
• High business acumen and ROI thinking - you care about results more than process.
• Empathy for builders - you know how to support teams without slowing them down.
• Bias for action. You get stuff done, and you help others do the same.
• Experience building small but mighty ops teams is a plus.
