How to contribute to our vision

As Head of Blades Projects you will be leading a very international team. In you daily work you will have among others the following tasks. You will:

  • Lead global SC Blades projects (including taskforces) according to PLM@ SGRE processes
  • Provide comprehensive and proactive executive business support to Head of Blades
  • Capture and analyze data, obtaining information and patterns that serve SC Blades Management to make decisions, drive and orchestrate senior management reports for SC Blades
  • Involved in change management and implementation projects, eg related to footprint, systems, external partners, or organization
  • Support in decision making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Drive and deliver ad-hoc reports

What you need to make a difference

You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore:

  • You are a global leader who can identify diverse talent and form and lead high-performance teams
  • You have significant skill, competence, knowledge and experience in Project Management gained within the wind Industry or through other sectors that engage in large complex infrastructure projects and programs.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering results in dynamic business environments, who can effectively engage and collaborate with multiple sets of stakeholders across various countries in an intercultural and diverse environment.
  • You have the ability to collaborate and drive performance under pressure whilst creating an energized positive environment.
  • You are a structured person and you demonstrate strong problem-solving skills (strategic, quantitative, and organizational / process assignments) taking a holistic end-to-end perspective,
  • You have excellent English skills.
