Job Title: Head of B2B Partnerships
Reports to: Director of Partnerships & Payments
Role Summary
As the Head of B2B Partnerships, you will own the strategic and commercial success of our most critical partner relationships. You’ll work at pace to ensure our B2B partnerships are not only compliant and optimized, but also designed for scale, mutual growth, and market impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ideal for someone energized by continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and making a tangible difference.
What You’ll Do
Drive Excellence in Compliance & Risk Governance
•Lead with precision in all onboarding and ongoing compliance processes, working closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
•Ensure our partners meet both regulatory standards and our internal benchmarks for excellence—enabling rapid but secure growth.
Own Partner Performance & Continuous Improvement
•Establish and own performance frameworks that go beyond static KPIs—using data, insight, and rapid experimentation to unlock full potential.
•Identify growth levers through collaboration with BI, Product, and Games teams, turning insight into immediate and long-term action.
•Be unafraid to challenge the status quo; spot friction early and resolve it decisively.
Act as a Strategic Partner to Our Partners
•Build high-trust, high-impact relationships that fuel shared success.
•Bring strategic clarity to each relationship—setting joint goals, unlocking opportunities, and co-creating value at every stage.
