Hey there!

We’re Realm, a fast-growing marketplace that’s on a mission to use AI to transform the world of home renovations. Backed by Primary Ventures and Notable Capital (formerly GGV), we’ve already become the leader in the renovation marketplace space, but we know we’re just getting started. We’re hungry, we’re ambitious, and we’re excited to build a massive business that transforms the way people think about, manage, and renovate their largest asset: their home.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Head of Analytics to jump in and help us scale fast. If you thrive in a fast-paced, intense, growth-driven environment, you’ll love it here. We need someone who can combine a deep understanding of data with strong business and financial acumen to drive meaningful, strategic insights that accelerate our growth. You’ll be leading the charge on turning data into clear, actionable recommendations, and you’ll play a critical role in shaping the direction of our company as we scale to the next level.

Your Role:

As the Head of Analytics, you’ll work directly with senior leadership to define and execute the company’s data strategy. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll lead the development of data infrastructure, manage performance analytics, and guide strategic decision-making based on data insights.

You’ll report to our VP of Finance & Strategy, collaborating with teams across the organization, from sales and operations to marketing and finance. You’ll be responsible for shaping the way we use data to solve critical business problems, forecast growth, and identify opportunities to optimize everything from cost management to revenue generation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and evolve the company’s analytics strategy, driving the development of both operational and financial reporting systems that help teams across the business make smarter decisions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to set KPIs and OKRs, and build high-quality dashboards to track performance against our ambitious goals.
  • Analyze data from all areas of the business to identify opportunities for optimization, improve business processes, and help teams drive tangible results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build and refine forecasting models and other data-driven initiatives that support strategic decisions and maximize business performance.
  • Be hands-on in driving efficiency improvements, optimizing data collection and reporting processes to keep up with our rapid growth.
  • Play a key role in fundraising and investor communications to ensure that our data tells a compelling story about the company’s growth potential.

What You’ll Need:

  • A background in analytics with previous experience in banking, investing, consulting, or a similar field—you understand the business side of data and know how to leverage it for high-impact, financially-optimized decisions.
  • An obsession with data — you’re fluent in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL, and you know how to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • The ability to connect the dots between different areas of the business, synthesizing data to tell a coherent story that influences decision-making.
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality — you’re not afraid to dive deep into the weeds while also thinking strategically about the big picture.
  • Exceptional communication skills — you know how to present complex data to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to execs.
  • Comfort working as an IC initially while still being able to function as a competent leader and manager as the analytics team grows.
  • Experience working in a start-up or early stage company— you thrive in a fast-paced, intense environment and get excited about building something from the ground up.
  • Willingness to work out of our LA, SF, or NY offices, with a preference for our LA headquarters.

Nice to Have, But Not Necessary (So Don’t Let It Stop You):

  • Familiarity with venture capital, fundraising, and the startup ecosystem.
  • Experience with the prop-tech/construction-tech space or a deep interesting in start-ups using AI and technology to solve problems in the “built environment.”

HEY! Go apply already.

We’re scaling fast, and this role will be a huge part of our success. If you’re ready to work hard, push the limits, and help us build a massive business, we want to hear from you. Let’s make something amazing happen together.

The total compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary, equity, comprehensive health benefits, and the potential for performance-based bonuses. We believe in rewarding hard work and hustle, and we want you to share in the success you help create.
