Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central interface between the osapiens AI platform and business application teams: coordinating the roll-in and roll-out of new AI capabilities
- Continuously gather, structure, and prioritize AI-related requirements from application teams; translate business needs into concrete AI solution scenarios for engineering
- Monitor the market and competitive landscape for AI solutions, deriving actionable recommendations for new or improved AI components
- Build and operate a framework to measure usage and performance of existing AI components: using data to identify optimization potential and underused capabilities
- Develop cost structures and business cases for new AI investments to support prioritization decisions
Your Experience
- Background at the intersection of AI/technology and business, e.g. as a Product Manager, AI Business Analyst, or Technical Account Manager
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in enterprise software products
- Strong analytical skills with experience in usage analysis and cost modeling
- Proven experience in structured requirements management and collaboration with engineering teams
- Market knowledge in AI solutions, ideally in the ESG or sustainability space; fluent in both German and English
