What you’ll do

As the Head of Affiliates, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing plans that align with Kape Brands’ business objectives for ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and PIA.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates, building strong relationships to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Scale existing affiliate partnerships by optimizing campaigns and strategies to achieve target CPA.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify and define target audience segments, focusing on the most effective channels for affiliate marketing.
  • Manage Affiliate networks with the finance team to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead forecast planning, providing insightful analysis on deviations, and overseeing forecast reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing leaders across geos to ensure unified and effective affiliate marketing activations.
  • Foster a cohesive understanding of Kape Brands’ goals and strategies within the affiliate marketing organization.
  • Establish a link between the affiliate marketing strategy and the broader marketing roadmap.
  • Take a hands-on approach in executing affiliate campaigns, optimizing resource use for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Embrace experimentation and innovation in affiliate marketing tactics, testing new ideas for improved outcomes.
  • Build and utilize a feedback loop for continuous iteration and improvement of affiliate strategies based on performance insights.


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the tech, Customer SaaS or VPN industry.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing affiliate strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Nice to have: Understanding of VPN technology and networking solutions.

  • Achieving aggressive targets and driving revenue generation through affiliate channels.
  • Effectively managing conversion rates and affiliate marketing effectiveness metrics.
