We are seeking a Senior Advertising Manager [Future Team Leader] who can deliver on sales targets and achieve new heights together with the project. You’ll be part of a stable and results-driven approach team, collective motivation, no bureaucracy, complete trust, and people‑focused management.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Senior Advertiser Manager, Sales Team Leader, Affiliate Account Manager in AdNetworks
- Proven experience negotiating CPC, CPM, and flat-rate deals, with a creative, tailored approach to closing
- A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term growth
- Strong ownership and accountability – you work independently and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
- Fluent spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new direct advertisers, collaborate with publishers to optimize placements, and manage accounts to build long‑term strategic relationships
- Monitor KPIs, conduct market and competitor research, keep the CRM up‑to‑date, and deliver timely performance and operational reports
- Explore innovative ad formats and revenue streams while representing the company at international conferences to boost global visibility
- Lead by example - mentor the team, refine processes, and take ownership of monthly gross profit and continuous growth
