Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Account Management to join their team.

Location:  Hybrid - United Kingdom
Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Main purpose of the job:

  • Lead UK Account Management unit, which falls under our Commercial function, responsible for the management and commercial growth of our most strategic and important merchant relationships.
  • Primary focus is growing net revenues across these key relationships through cross-sale and up-sale of our group’s solutions and products, while also managing client retention.
  • Deliver Account Management Net Revenue target within the Commercial function.
  • Ensure the team delivers retention targets and provides high-quality customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with various other departments such as Product, Marketing, Operations to deliver on client promise and help key customers meet their strategic objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Contribute and develop best practices within the Account Management unit, from internal processes through to client business reviews.
  • Support in setting KPI’s and targets to Account Manager’s, and subsequent monitoring of performance.
  • Support unit by helping to identify opportunities to bring compelling value add solutions to our key client.
  • Embed and reinforce the Trust group company values throughout the team.
  • Collaborate with other commercial leaders, to present the voice of customer internally, helping to drive product roadmap features and development.

Qualities and Skills required:

  • Proven experience in an Account Management leadership/management role.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment. Payments technology related products preferred but not essential.
  • Delivered account management business plans and budgets
  • Built and managed high-performance Account Management teams
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong presentation skill
