- Lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning and Talent Management modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), Talent Profiles, Talent Review, Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Skills & Competencies Framework.
- Provide functional guidance on Oracle quarterly releases, assessing their impact on the business and recommending best practices.
- Develop and maintain Oracle HCM reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Fusion Analytics.
- Perform data loads, mass updates, and conversions using HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and HSDL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, configuration, and system issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support inbound/outbound integrations, collaborating with integration teams on REST APIs, SOAP Services, HCM Extracts, and file-based integrations.
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to maintain data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on Learning and Talent Management.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Learning and Talent modules, demonstrating a strong understanding of HCM data structures, security, and role-based access.
- Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders in a lead or solution architect capacity, ensuring effective translation of business requirements.
- Strong experience with OTBI Reporting, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL Data Loads, and Fast Formula.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST & SOAP APIs, SQL, and Excel/Data Analysis is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
