Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate HAZMAT Production Coordinator for Site Operations Support at Boeing Jacksonville, Florida.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting site HAZMAT activities.
  • Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.
  • Monitor work in process. Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability.
  • Identify and solve problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.
  • Coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
  • Work under general supervision.
  • ECBVIB (Associate Level; Can perform the above tasks with little or general supervision)
  • ECBVIC(Experienced Level; Can perform the above tasks with no supervision and can assist others)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with HAZMAT awareness.
  • 3+ years of experience with inventory management, to include inventory optimization.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using HazTrax, ARIBA, GOLDesp experience and/or similar systems knowledge (ERP/MRP systems)
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds occasionally within an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, and descend stairs, bend, and lift items frequently within an 8-hour shift. This can include climb ladders, bend and twist frequently up to 6 hours per day, squat and kneel.
  • Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • HAZMAT compliance in a Boeing MRO environment.
  • Consumable materials management experience in a Boeing environment.

This position is variable shift. Candidate must be able to work 12p-8:30p.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Associate (ECBVIB) - $46,750 - $63,250
Experienced (ECBVIC) - $53,550 - $72,450
