What will you be doing?
-
Supervise Haulage Team to maintain a safe workplace for all employees and contractors. Ensuring that a safe, efficient and compliant service is delivered throughout the day in line with Veolia policies and procedures

Support the provision of induction and ongoing training for all new starters, contractors and refresher training for existing employees including delivering tool box talks and issuing permits to work

Real time monitoring of driver workloads to ensure all work completed daily using tracking software

Daily reconciliation of Weighbridge Tickets from TFS & HWRC’s and onward distribution

Effective planning of holidays to ensure minimal requirement for third party hauliers
What are we looking for?

Experience gained in a similar role and supervising a small team
-
WIMS experience is essential
-
CMS Supatrak or other tracking software experience
-
Excellent Mathematics and English language skills
-
IOSH/NEBOSH experience is desirable
-
LGV experience would be an advantage
