Your Influential Mission: You Will…
- Design and test fit metal brackets for installation of our hardware in Electronic Gaming Machines
- Install hardware for demonstration systems, test labs and live production
- Perform test cases in our QA test room to support our global team
- Troubleshoot issues requiring physical presence
- Support new licensee implementations, working rota shifts through operational hours during the go live creche period on site
- Train customers in Neon device operation and management
- Provide remote and onsite support to our licensees
- Repair hardware returned by licensees
- Assemble, test, programme, and package Neon computing devices
Components for Success: You have…
- Experience of minimum two years in field customer support
- Technical and analytical mindset, with a passion for problem solving
- Strong IT skills, server-based applications, and networking
- Experience of the casino industry is essential
- Experience with CAD design software
- Fluent written and spoken English and Slovenian, other languages advantageous
