Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mid-Level Hardware Engineer to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:

RE of electronic circuits, embedded devices, and complex systems
-
Research, identify and exploit hardware vulnerabilities
-
Perform Hardware Failure analysis to include researching methods to repair damaged hardware components for the purpose of extracting information
-
Perform advanced hardware exploitation to circumvent security on hardware, utilizing hardware based encryption, locking, or other security
-
Analyze hardware and software core elements to properly organize raw binary structured data retrieved from the hardware level
-
Perform analysis of wired and wireless network traffic using wireshark or other compatible protocol analyzer
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Active Top Secret clearance with willingness to be submitted for a polygraph upgrade
-
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Information Systems, or additional experience in lieu of degree
-
4 years of experience with hardware design and layout
-
4 years of experience designing, developing, and testing printed circuit board projects
-
4 years of experience with system level buses and interfaces (12C, USB, JTAG, HID, etc)
-
4 years with test equipment such as oscilloscope, logic analyzers, hardware debuggers, and other tools to monitor and analyze hardware
-
Capable of low level processor programing and configuration (assembly level)
-
2 years performing advanced hardware exploitation to circumvent security on hardware utilizing hardware based encryption, locking, or other security
-
3 years of experience with technologies and equipment in the work areas
