As a Hardware Deployment Specialist at Revi, you will be a crucial part of our customer experience team, overseeing the efficient shipment of our hardware products to our partners, monitoring their deployment in the field, and maintaining an accurate and organized inventory. We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record in logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate the shipping process of products to partners.
Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to optimize transportation routes and costs.
Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile any discrepancies.
Work with a direct manager to ensure efficient inventory management systems and procedures.
Perform routine checks on hardware deployed in the field, addressing any maintenance or replacement needs promptly.
Provide timely and effective communication regarding shipment updates to internal teams and external partners.
What we expect you’ll bring to the role: 😎
Previous experience in logistics coordination or a similar role within the hospitality or related industry.
Strong understanding of logistics principles, tech-stacks, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to logistics.
